PAYMENT POLICY Client has to makean advance payment of 20% forbooking, 30% before 15 days of arrival & 50% on the first day of arrival,advance payment amount also depends on the hotel category selected by the client & time frame of booking the package. CREDIT NOTE In case due to emergency a credit note can be issued by the supplier hoteliers, houseboat owners & transportors & the number of days before a client can claim for credit note

will be depended on the supplier hoteliers, houseboat owners & transportors credit note policy & same goes for credit note validity.
